Payment Policy: We accept cash payments in INR (Indian Rupee), Euro*, GBP* (British Pound) and USD* (US Dollars). Card payments (debit/credit) can be made using Visa or MasterCard.

Tips are appreciated and are generally given in the range of 10% to 20% of the total service amount. They can be given directly to the therapist.

Appointments & Cancellation: Indulge is open 7 days a week from 11:00 a.m. to 09:00 p.m. (last appointment at 08:00 p.m.). We prefer a 24-hour notice for all appointments and a 48-hour notice for group packages. And while we do not levy a cancellation charge, we appreciate timely intimation in the event of a cancellation or rescheduling.

Late Arrivals: As a courtesy to each guest, we will start treatments on time; therefore clients arriving late unfortunately forfeit that portion of their scheduled service, and will be charged for the complete service. We will, however, try to accommodate your full treatment if there is no appointment scheduled for the succeeding time-slot.

Gift Cards: Are available and are valid for one year from the date of purchase. They can be made for a particular treatment or a rupee amount and can be used for either services or retail.
GIFT CARD POLICY: Gift cards are not refundable and must be presented at the time service is rendered. Lost, misplaced or stolen cards are not refundable or replaceable. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
